  • Four main status cards show the number of packages in each of the following stages: Ready, Processing, In-Transit, and Pre-Alerts. By simply clicking on these cards, you can dive deeper into the respective shipment status, keeping you fully updated.
  • A referral feature for customers to easily refer friends and family to our service, with built-in tracking to monitor your rewards.
  • A section dedicated to recent pre-alerts, ensuring that you’re promptly informed about any issues or updates related to your shipments.
  • A history list of your most recent shipments for quick access to past orders.

This dashboard provides an intuitive, at-a-glance view of your shipments and account, making it easier than ever to manage your logistics.

2. Account Management You now can view and manage your personal account details. Update your contact information, billing address, and other key details right within the portal for seamless management.

3. Bi-Directional Package or Shipment Comments Communication with our team has never been easier. The new bi-directional comments system allows you to leave real-time comments on your packages, enabling swift communication between you and our team. Whether it’s a question or a concern, your feedback will be instantly addressed.

4. Knowledge Base Our Knowledge Base is now fully integrated into the portal, providing you with easy access to guides, FAQs, and resources that will help you navigate our services. Whether you’re new to our platform or need some troubleshooting help, the Knowledge Base has you covered.

5. User Preferences Customize your user experience with new user preference settings. You can now adjust your language preferences and the default view options to match your needs.

6. Google Maps Integration for Shipment Addresses We’ve integrated Google Maps so you can view the locations of your shipment addresses directly on the map. This gives you more transparency and better visibility of our facilities, helping you plan your shipments more effectively.

7. Shipment Calculator Plan your shipments better with our new Shipment Calculator. Customers can now estimate the cost of their shipments based on package dimensions, weight, and other factors, making it easier to budget and plan your shipments ahead of time.

Authentication Flow: We’ve made some important updates to the authentication flow. When resetting your password, you no longer need to click a link within the email. Additionally, a new password policy has been introduced, requiring customers to create complex passwords, enhancing the security of their accounts. Package Comments: Customers can now make and view comments on packages, allowing for direct feedback or inquiries within the system. Whenever a comment is made, clients are automatically notified via email with a direct link to the relevant comment, ensuring a prompt response to any customer feedback.
